  1. Please do not communicate with your cells!!!! This is crazy! GOD made your body to do all of the amazing things that it does…yes, love yourself, love Keto as a means to a healthy body but love and acknowledge God who made your body, who made your body to use stored fat as energy.

  2. 28 days is pretty much "perfect" for starting a habit AND seeing if something is working for your body. It took me about 20 days to get into ketosis, and now I’m not obsessed with food! THAT is so freeing. I can’t believe I’m saying that I am NOT counting the minutes until I can get to my next plate of nachos! I don’t care about them. It’s unreal and awesome.

  3. Subbed and followed on Facebook! Would you by chance be willing to answer a few question or so a Skype session? I would be more than willing to pay for your time. I am confused in regards to nutrients, vitamins, minerals and supplementing. How am supposed to eat 7 to 10 cups of veggies to get the nutrients I need while staying under 20 net carbs in one day…..? I am just a bit frustrated, on day 5 of being in ketosis and worried I’m not getting the nutrients I need. I have had hormonal issues for a while, hair falling out ect which is why I started keto. I have done alot of my own research, but there is so much conflicting info out there. Any way you could clarify and lend an overwhelmed sister a hand… Like I said I would be willing to pay for your time! Thanks for your videos… I am watching and taking in as fast as possible.
