  1. VERY helpful advice! I’m taking my exam Fall, 2022. I have to get graduation out of the way first. The following fall, I’m sitting for my CHES. I know. I know. My poor brain. lol Curious: Where did you complete your grad degree and in what program? I’m at Creighton.

  2. Thank you for this video! I appreciate you being straightforward and honest about your process. Regarding the spot the difference questions (the practice exam had a couple), is there a specific resource you might recommend to better understand the logic behind phrasing the scale questions? Thanks! Congrats also on passing!

  3. Thank you for sharing this! I took the exam and did not pass the first go around so I am planning to complete it again next October. I am curious though, you mentioned you started coaching back in 2015. How did you start your business and offer coaching prior to having the certification? I’d love to do this but I’m not sure where to start.

  4. I do not have a lot of coaching experience. (only the 50 sessions required to take exam) Will this make it harder for someone like me to understand the questions? And would it be better for me to get more coaching experience before I attempt to take the exam? Thank you for your video. It is super helpful.

  5. Peace….Gratitude for this info! I’m thinking of enrolling in the Health and Wellness program at the Soma Institute here in Chicago. Any thoughts on that would be super helpful. Peace, Wellness and Prosperity 💪🏾👊🏾💯
