I tried whitney simmons, Chloe Ting, Pamela Rief, natacha oceane, Tone it Up, Alexis Rein, kayla itsines. YUP DID THEM ALL

  7. My favorites are Tone It Up and Blogilates! I’ve been following/watching Natacha, Whitney, and Chloe for a while but haven’t tried any of their workouts. Tone It Up is also doing a variety of Instagram live workouts for those who don’t have their app! They have daily moves which are free πŸ™‚

  8. 1 full body workout from Pamela might seem like a beginner level, but in her workout plans she puts 3 ab workouts for example in 1 day.. so that’s 30 minutes of ab workout and trust me that is NOT a beginner level πŸ˜‚

This is something that I always hated about my own body and I feel like pointing it out is something everyone needs to hear.   10. You need to try Sydney Cummings workouts! She does programs and they’re all free on YouTube. She KNOWS what she does and I’d love if you made a video doing her workouts for a week or something!
    P.s. she post COMPLETED workouts EVERYDAY!!! I meannnnn

  11. I’ve tried all the influencers in this video. I’ve also tried a variety of other trainers on youtube this quarantine. They are great for beginners and those who come back to exercise, but for me, there are a lot better youtubers out there than the ones mentioned here.

    You should definitely check out Sydney Cummings. She is the most generous fitness trainer on youtube. She uploads new workout videos every single day, 5am EST, for free. She is the ONLY fitness trainer who uploads new full-length videos every single day. Warm up and cool down is included in most of her main workouts. She has a lot mooore videos than the influencers you mentioned here. Lots of cardio, strength training variety to keep you from getting bored. She usually has a monthly program/challenge going on. She also uploads new stretch videos every sunday.

  12. Sydney Cummings, by far the most underrated Youtuber, but she is killing it here!! She uploads full length workouts, gives mental health + nutrition tips!! Absolutely love her and she even posts daily, free workouts here on Youtube. An absolute queen!! πŸ˜€

  14. I follow Sydney Cummings as she has tons of free workouts that varies in time, intensity, and formats. I would love for you to try her workout as she post a new one everyday and Sundays are a stretch or yoga recovery type for 20 minutes.

  19. There is actually a community surrounding chloe ting’s workouts. I don’t know how long it’s been around and if it was a thing when you made this video, but they have their own discord server where a bunch of people interact regarding the workouts/pregress etc

I should comment it’s been pointed out to me that Chloe Ting also has a lot of free programs (meal plans etc) When I did an IG story asking what you wanted to see I read lots of β€œChloe Ting 2 week Ab Challenge” I assumed that meant everyone just did that video because that’s what I found when googling it. Totally my bad there! I’m thinking I should do a whole Chloe Ting challenge now with all the different programs. Who would like to see that?!

  23. When I started my fitness journey I was coerced into doing Beachbody Insanity! Trial by fire! I keep seeing adverts for Beachbody on demand and Les Mills on Demand, so it would be good to see reviews of fitness subscription services. Thanks for the videos and the positivity =)
