Vitamin A does alot more than "Vision" even helps greatly with the reproductive system. so in men Vitamin A could be good if you have a low sperm count and for women it helps during Periods. Vitamin D which more like a hormone than a vitamin helps in Regulation of Mood, Increases Testosterone levels too. Vitamin A and D should be taken together regularly. an amazing source is "Cod Liver Oil" in which you’d be taking 1 tea spoon daily. (because it’s that rich in the two vitamins. taking more than 1-2 teaspoons a day could lead to Vitamin A toxicity)

Hi there! I enjoyed your vid a lot! I’ve been trying to look for an insightful YouTube video that educates the ideas in this vid. ๐ That idea at 1:10 is my favorite. Your breakdown is like the content from Dr. Ethan! His videos are insightful and I actually learned a lot for my finals. He is an educational med student on YouTube and he teaches diabetes and wellness!
I suggest you check his YT out and give Doctor Ethan a like! โก๏ธ #DrEthanCare

0:45 "organic is just a very fancy way of saying if there are compounds that involve carbons in them"
CO2 is a compound that contains carbon and it’s considered inorganic
thank you but i wonder why you said fat soluble vitamins are easily taken in overdose than water soluble since water soluble is not stored but easily excreted into urine but fat soluble stays in the body and increase intake causes toxicity
Amazing content as always, but what I am struggling with at the moment is mineral antagonism – is there anything on your channel that explains this as I am finding it very hard to memorise all of them!
Khan Academy is helping thousandss of students in India
