This Jumping Jack cardio workout is going to help torch some calories and get you sweating!

I love creating fun ways to help us with weight loss, as I am not a huge fan of cardio workouts like running. So, I decided to put together this jumping jack weight loss workout, that is only 10 minutes, that combines cardio and toning.

This may only be a short workout, but make sure to push yourself.

  1. 3rd time doing it(2/10/2021), I started from last Sunday. I can see an improvement of my cardio, my goal is to complete this workout 10 times by this coming Sunday.
    2/11/2021 With improved cardio, I decided to do this workout twice back to back, it feels so good to see myself getting stronger along the way. I encourage everyone to try it out, you will see results sooner than you think.
    2/13 Did 1.5 of the workout, got interrupted my phone calls.
    2/14 Completed the workout twice, I feel really good right now despite the slimy weather outside. Happy Valentine’s Day to you all.
    2/16 A small milestone, I did the workout three times back to back, my plan is to do this workout 10 times a week.
    2/18 I did this workout twice back to back.
    2/20 Twice back to back.
    2/21 I did this workout three times back to back.

  7. after one month (apprx) even though i push myself for maxiumum effort, i can breath normally during and after the exercise. i feel my stamina incresing.

  8. My advice – do this on either a rug/carpet, mat, or with shoes on. I did it barefoot on tile and by the end my ankles were feeling the shock of jumping continuously on a hard surface

  9. Love this workout! I really dislike running, so this is perfect cardio for me. I’m also out of shape and this was harder than you made it look, but i got through it and so did my 6 year old daughter. Me and her are going on a healthy eating/ good workout journey and she loves your jumping jacks workouts! 🙂 🙂

  10. Doing this for weight loss
    Day 1 : really hard, i was really tired
    Day 2: even harder than day 1, i couldn’t do the last minute, i was just " dead"
    I will keep you updated😄
    For people asking why i don’t update.
    After doing the workout in the 3rd day my stomach started hurting really bad, i was in pain for 20 minutes non stop. That’s the reason i quited doing this workout.
