  2. Great workout- just 20 weeks pregnant so I substituted the last exercise with bird dogs. Would a different exercise be better instead?

  3. Just a quick tip for you, if you can possibly do it try and get your protein from food instead of powders and supplements

  7. Love this one. Especially when you donโ€™t feel like jumping about itโ€™s a great all over body workout. Still gets the heart rate up!

  8. As I was doing the last set of bridge+chest presses a spider came down from one of my dumbells towards my face! Guess it was trying to cheer me on! Great workout! ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. those bend forward with weights exercises that are done so much here hurt my back like crazy. wish they weren’t so prominent here.
