Latin – Zumba Inspired Chair Exercise Fitness Workout #1 – Multiple Sclerosis – MS – (Video#5)

This is my favorite seated workout! I hope you enjoy the music as much as I do. I understand some people have watched the videos but haven’t TRIED the exercises. PLEASE try out the moves. I promise you will surprise yourself once you give the exercises a try. Thank you!!

  1. I do this exercise everyday in the mornings. It helps to loosen my joints, muscles and hip flexors. Thank you

  2. Thank you, finally a program I can follow (most of the time at lest). I am wheel chair bound and have been searching for something peppy that I could keep up with. I have had to modify a few of the leg movements do tho the foot rest getting in the way but a great routine none the less.

  3. Wow this is awesome…fantastic to do during this lock down…love these exercise whilst seated…choice

  4. I’m not sure but ,if anyone else needs to find out about armchair fitness for seniors try Loctavan Senior Fitness Strategy (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my co-worker got amazing results with it.

  5. I know this is an old video, but I just found it and love it! Zumba has always been a favorite exercise of mine, but I recently tore my meniscus, so no more standing Zumba for me. Your chair routine is wonderful! I’ll be looking at your other seated routines as well.

  6. Nancy I absolutely love this! I have taken many total body workout classes where the instructor teaches to tempo and other classes where the instructor teaches with music playing in the background . If this was a regular standing Zumba class we must teach to the tempo of the music In this video you are doing effective movement with fun rhythms. I’m positive that the participants would appreciate this and not worry about the tempo. In my opinion you did a great job!

  7. HUGE favor for my chairfit community. I am so glad that people are enjoying this video. It really is one of my favorite seated workouts! Please give the other videos a try as well! There are 7 videos total in case some people were unaware. I really believe that we need variety in our workouts to exercise different muscle groups and keep things interesting:) I highly encourage you to mix it up! I don’t think you will be disappointed. Thanks everyone!

  8. What is the point of the music? The exercises aren’t done in time to it, so it’s pointless. It would’ve been better had you chosen music with a tempo that matched the movements.

  9. have just found this video its great, why did it take me so long!!!!!!gentle movements for my 75 year old body.Thank you

  10. I love zumba but cant do it because have bad feet and ankles much pain, Thank you for this video its an answered prayer for me! God bless you

  11. Totally awesome! I’ve been attached to my pedometer for about 15 yrs, trying to acquire 5000 steps per day, while my body has been making it dreadfully clear that it wants to do more stretching, and the walking isn’t particularly aerobic, even when the pedometer gives me credit for lots of aerobic steps, which only requires 10 min of not particularly fast walking. I liked getting aerobic exercise by walking up the stairs to my 3rd floor condo, but my knees objected. And, especially with the lockdowns, my car battery was dreadfully unhappy about how little driving I was giving it. Now I’m doing this chair zumba daily and working up a sweat and stretching wonderfully, and retiring the pedometer and driving more. I signed up for StickK, which gives me a penalty for any day when I don’t do the zumba – a donation to a charity or ‘anti-charity.’ Many many thanks!

  12. Perfect for Zumba Gold with Chairs, thank you for the demonstration, going to make routines with them. Seniors are going to like it, Very Low Impact,
