    J’aime beaucoup vos exercices 👍Mais les exercices du bassin avant arrière vous en faites un peu trop et "ça fait très mal au bas du dos" est ce possible de faire moins ce genre de mouvement svp

So fun love these work outs been a newbie trying to finally lose that baby bum 12 yrs too late bit I have to say 3 month in to these workouts I see so much difference I’m not quote there yet but I hope so soon I also use the brazillian belle clay wrap along with this workout so my skin won’t wrinkle as bad while I shed pounds

  13. Jeśli ktoś chce schudnąć to polecam szczególnie skupić się na jak najbardziej naturalnym odżywianiu, najlepiej na rzeczach o niskim indeksie glikemicznym i na spożywaniu sporej ilości błonnika. Treningi moim zdaniem są dobre na ujędrnienie ciała i wyrobienie mięśni, lecz w odchudzaniu praktycznie najistotniejszą kwestią jest odżywianie, a z ćwiczeń to wystarczy przejść się na szybki spacer lub rower. Wiem co piszę, dlatego że osobiście sama w taki sposób schudłam około 12 kilo zmieniając całkiem swoje odżywianie, a niegdyś wyłącznie ćwiczyłam i ćwiczyłam niepotrzebnie. Doskonale to przedstawia dziewczyna ze strony dieta Anusi, polecam poczytać w google. Pozdrawiam ciepło 😉
