Note: Low impact doesn’t mean it’s easy, this workout routine is as intense as other high impacts routine! Get ready! Enjoy!

  9. By far one of my favourite, after the 21 day challenge I completed all the beginner workouts and now I’m completing the intermediate playlist until I reach a point where I really am struggling to complete the workout! Thank you for all the great content!

  10. A great workout! After a two-week halt due to a virus, I am slowly back to normal. I hope that soon I will be ready for the Level 4+ workouts <3 This one is a killer workout! I hope I will stay strong to the very end 🙂

  13. Thank you this was good. I was doing david goggins workouts for a while during quarantine I did them so many times I memorized it in my head and I got bored. Since his workouts are 45mins – 1h long and they are really brutal I thought I’ll never find a replacement with similiar intensity but I found this and Im happy.

  14. Great workout! Break out in a sweat every time. But, I cannot for the life of me ever hold the "Hallow" pose in the final round for the 30 seconds! Honestly only manage 8-10 seconds before needing a rest. Anyone else have this issue?!

  17. just after the 9 minute mark is a "side lift" and a few minutes later another. I could do it on oen side but not the other… how can I strengthen whatever area this is targeting? to work up to this exercise?

  18. Great workout! Does anyone know how many calories does someone loose with this workout? (assuming a weight of 200 pounds)
