1. I’ve been looking for high intensity low impact workouts for a while now and so glad I came across the body project videos. I love Alex’s workouts and love that Daniel doesn’t pretend to find them easy but also let’s us know when he finds them to be a challenge, so much more relatable and enjoyable that way.

  14. I feel so blessed that I stumbed upon your workouts. this is the first one with a female and male instructor and I loved it. I am a COVID LONG HAULER with heart issues that I am working through. I used to be a runner, but found it heard to move or have the energy. This program is getting me moving again and I thank you.

  19. thank you. At 68 and from very fit, Covid and two years of various lockdowns have slowly decayed my fitness. Trying to find the motivation under isolation procedures has been so difficult.
