At Kaiser Permanente, we know that total health goes beyond physical wellness—it’s also about having a healthy state of mind. To support this part of our mission, we hosted more than 1,000 Kaiser Permanente members for Mind & Body Wellness Day. The event focused on exploring ways to manage anxiety, depression, and some of the other issues that contribute to the stress everyone experiences in their daily lives. Participants attended educational workshops led by our expert psychiatrists, therapists, and health educators, in addition to wellness activities including yoga, meditation, art therapy, massage, and more.
