  2. Thank you so much for the suggestions for the books! I have hypertonic PC muscles, vaginismus, and vulvodynia, and have been looking for a holistic means of helping these combined with pelvic PT.
    One book that I have found helpful that you might consider reading is called "Ending Female Pain" by. Isa Herrera. This book has helped me so much with help with a holistic way of treating vaginismus and vulvodynia.

  5. Thanks a million for your pelvic floor exercises, you helped me more than going to three doctors, a gynaecologist and a physiotherapist. I was in awful pain for a month, the pain was at a level 9/10 and nearly as painful as labour pains. My gynaecologist finally found out I had an overactive pelvic floor. I left her office still feeling down about when would this pain end. I went home and went on You Tube and found your video on exercises for the pelvic floor. I did the exercises that night, and then again the next afternoon and lo and behold was totally pain free for the first time in a month. Now whenever I feel my pelvic pain start I do your exercises and it goes away nearly straight away. Thank you so very much, am beyond grateful.
