This week I have been:

1. Eating Mindfully (intuitively) – only eating when I am hungry, being aware of WHY I am eating (am I actually hungry, am I tired, am I ill?), making sure I stop and think before I eat, am I making the right food choices to nourish my body etc.

2. Walking at least 10000 steps every single day – I love to go on an evening walk after my dinner each night & it has become a really good habit which I hope to continue with in the long run.

Let’s lose weight in 2021!! 💜 I can’t wait to share my journey with you.

  1. Oh my gosh. Are we the same person?! 😂😂 I started at 176 to lose 50 lbs too! Haha it was like watching myself on screen talking about rewards except I chose to do smaller rewards every five pounds! 😂 Let’s do this 💪💪😎 so fun that we are working towards the same goals…literally! Haha

  2. Ohh I haven’t thought about my reward plans! I’m thinking of going for massages/face massages when I reach each 5lbs milestone, which is ideally a month away. I’m 10lbs away from a healthy bmi which I haven’t been in about 10 years so I’m not sure what I should celebrate it with, a full day spa? 😂

Omg I was thinking of a tattoo when I reach my goal weight too! lol like I’ll feel like I finally got my body to where I wanted to and that tattoo would be to always remember that I can do whatever I set my mind to. What would you get a tattoo of? That’s my problem. I want a tatto but have no idea what to get.

  4. I like your reward system. Microblading, however was the worst thing I’ve done to myself. Think really well before you put a tattoo on your face. Do your research and see how they actually look not straight after the procedure but 2 months later. It won’t save you doing your brows every day. Best of luck with the goals 🙂

  5. I remember seeing somewhere that the only time food should be given as a reward, is to a dog. And we’re not dogs! Would love to see some of your skincare products from your regime at some point my the way, because I’ve noticed how lovely your skin is before and I’m also a skincare junkie (don’t even get me started on acids – I’m obsessed, lol!) So yeah, would be a really cool video to see especially if you’re going to buying some new products. I buy myself new bottles of perfume and nice journals and notebooks whenever I hit certain points. I love calculating how far I have to go until I hit ‘X’ number of pounds, or ‘X’ percentage of loss, or getting into a new bracket of weight (only 1 stone and 1 pound until I get under the 200lb mark for the first time in about 25 years (yes I’m THAT old!) When I hit that figure I think I’m going to buy myself a bottle of Baccarat Rouge 540 EDP which costs about £300. Bit pricey for a fragrance, but I’m totally worth it.   7. Look into Foreo got one for Christmas 🎄:) its a face cleanser got a Foreo Luna 3 it leaves your skin so soft. Rewards are great they help keep you going. I have loved going through my weight loss journey and letting go of old clothing I gave bags away to charity. Nice feeling going from a size 16/18 to a size 12 currently x

  8. Love a good reward system. I currently am not using one but might set one up if I start to lose motivation. This time will be the time I don’t quit!

  9. I will have to figure out some rewards for myself when I get back on track. I was diagnosed with covid on Friday so I need to get through this then I’ll get back on track and figure out some rewards.

  10. I definitely want to reward myself with a hair cut (also haven’t had one in over a year), some new clothes and once this pandemic is over, a trip to Vegas! Thank you for your video. Looking forward to the next one.

  11. I love your reward system!!! It is doable and so motivational!! Lol!! yes, weight loss is boring!! and hard work!!! I’m with you on not giving yourself food as a reward!!! I love the rewards you are going to reward yourself with!!! Your shirt is amazing!!!Omg!!!I can’t wait to go shopping after I lost weight!!!! at the moment we are wearing the same clothes over and over!! But we refuse to buy new clothes until we lost at least 50lbs each…So we better step up our game😆

  12. Love it, all your great rewards! I tend to just buy what I want 🙈 But when I reach goal I want to hire a stylist/makeup artist and photographer. Like a full day, with a studio shoot and all the stuff 😅😁

  14. Thats not crazy at all, I’ve got myself a reward clothes and I have a 110lbs to lose. Set up goals that make you feel good, will help you not just to stay motivate, but to stay consistent too, to reach that final goal. You can do it Lauz! I love the video and I should to incorporate more rewards to my journey too.

  15. Those some like some exciting rewards to look forward to! I’ve recently started rewarding myself with a new nail polish for every month I stick to my goals/habits.

  16. Oh my goodness yes, patience is a must! I remember when I used to reward myself with money.. but I got bored. 😳🤭
    I like the idea of breaking down the milestones/goals into smaller bits. Definitely less daunting. 💚💚💚
