    Day 1. upper body
    Day 2. Lower body
    Day 3. Rest day
    Day 4. Push ups day
    Day 5. Pull ups day
    Day 6. Legs day
    Day 7. Rest day
    Repeat
    and increase rapitation and set

  6. If u are a fresher then don’t start with high quantity exercises ( as your body is not habitual of it , can cause some serious problems in your body ) . Starts with very few numbers as like 5 steps of each exercise then afterwards u can increase your numbers by 2 in alternate days or after 2 or 3 days 👍
