  3. Hi Ashley, I’m 50 yrs old, i am doing exercise for 2 yrs but muscle not gain satisfactory. Do u have any suggestions or link so that I can follow. In addition I follow ur workout plan day 1,2,..30. also can I take any supplements ?

  4. yo guyz im 15 year old boy and been training for 1 and a half years. currently bulking dirty/size bulking is dirty bulking good for my age. because a bodybuilder who is an ex bodybuilder that has a supplement shop next to my house told me to eat bear pizza burgers and that and said its all good for my age if you want to be a bodybuilder like him.
