  1. I learned that protein molecules in food arms broken down when they reach your stomach also they turn in to amino. Acids butwhat I already knew is in our cellular respiration amino acids combine into there true form protein molecules

  3. Carbohydrates and fats are comprised of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. Proteins are composed of a chain of amino acids.

  4. When you are comparing 64g of protein for veg and non veg people. Why the carb contents are ignored which is present in lentils, rice, bread, peanut butter?
