I hope you enjoy this low impact fun aerobics routine to oldies music. It’s about 20-25 minutes of light movements with some easy to follow choreography. It will bring you back to the days of “jazzercise”. I made this at home during Quarantine. Enjoy!

  7. i’m in my late 70s, and teach Yang style 24 form Tai Chi, which works both the body and the mind. I’ve just followed this video and was surprised, but very pleased to see that this workout also includes both. Excellent workout Jenny.

  8. Jenny, I have been following yr previous workout video since the lockdown in Malaysia. It has helped me to lose weight n keep mobile. This morning I just cant find it online. Has it been removed? Thanks for all this new video anyway.

  14. I could not hear her giving instructions because the music is so loud. The steps are ones that I know so I turned the sound down and copied her movements

  18. I just finished your workout on YouTube, and wow! I like that you didn’t have complicated steps that are hard to follow and also, you had MUSIC! So much easier to workout to music. BTW, I loved ‘the clock’. First time I’ve done that one.

  20. This is a great video. I love the music too. The exercise is realistic for stay at home wives. I was not discouraged when I did the exercise. Most are so ridiculous in videos I bought and I usually get so discouraged because the routines are way too hard and music is so nerve racking.

  21. I still love this one! I think it was the first one or your videos I did a year ago! I don’t have much energy today with a cold but it was just enough to get me breathing better!
