SIMPLY FIT BOARD WORKOUT | BALANCE TRAINING USING WEIGHTS | TONE ABS and LEGS

This quick and effective SIMPLY FIT BOARD WORKOUT uses this workout tool to TONE ABS AND LEGS with BALANCE TRAINING USING WEIGHTS to optimize your workout. You will need a Simply Fit Board and a Mat/flat surface to perform these exercises. This workout is for the BEGINNER using this workout tool.

The Simply Fit Board is a great TONE ABS & TONE LEGS balance trainer that was just laying around in my workout room and I thought to use it in today’s video just in case there were those out there that wanted to dust it off and give theirs a try. I have to admit, in doing this short 10 minute workout, it was actually fun and quite honestly challenging.

I will walk you though the “getting acquainted” with your Simply Fit Board exercises and then move into some exercises with the use of lighter weight dumbbells.   1. Well I dusted off my Simply Fit Board and came up with a challenging beginner workout using this Workout Balance Training Tool to hopefully enhance your workout today. You do need the Simply Fit Board to do these exercises. Don’t have one? Then try some of my other great strength and yoga workouts on this channel.
