  1. Physical fitness is nothing but to keep body machine well oiled round the clock so that it can operate very efficiently when needed , and it is possible only when you are in discipline mode all 365 days , round the clock with your Diet , Exercise schedules and lastly required Rest .

  2. I do not agree with the people that says , only the one who is giant with muscular body is called or see them as an icons , or called fit.


    Fitness is the thing that is capable of doing any physical task , or capable of keeping body active anytime.
