The Perfect Workout ♥ Full Body Blast & Tone

This 15 minute workout is the perfect full body toning routine that will work every muscle in your body from head to toe. Using only your own body weight you will boost your metabolism, burn fat, and strengthen all the right areas to get you summer ready.

Incorporate this workout after a quick 15 min run/cardio 3-4 times per week and I promise you will begin to see unbelievable results in your body and strength. A workout that can be done almost anywhere and that will get you sweating, toning and leaning out.

This workout is also great to incorporate with a few of my yoga sessions, adding the yoga at the end of the workout for a deep stretch:

  1. i remember doing this a few years ago, because my mom showed me. now i’m back to my roots. during quarantine i did no exercise whatsoever and my back aches and i’m severly out of shape (though i’m only 16).
    Edit: I did it 4 times in 5 days.

  3. Great video except for the annoying “music”. It would suffice with the sound of the waves and your calming voice!

  4. Your flexibility is amazing and more than advanced! In cortrary "most of us" are stiff like a board, sitting 8 hours on a chair! . We need more beginner exercises, and than maybe after years (or better never) reach your master level ! 🙂

  5. You always look so beautiful doing yoga! By the time I bike or hike to a scenic location to do my yoga, I am hot, sweaty, dirty, and my hair’s a mess! LOL. I guess that’s my trademark! Keep up the good work!

  6. Does anyone else’s lower back hurt during the side plank and hip dips? Always does for me, so I can’t do those exercises 🙁

  9. 40 in July. Decided I need to get up off the sofa and start looking after myself.. been doing bodyweight exercises and have noticed a huge changed in 30 days.
    I’ve just came across this video and think it will be an amazing warm up to do everytime before I do my workout.

    Or is that taking on too much too early?
