  6. I made a 1,500 calorie shake and it actually tastes nice it’s fairly similar to his one I just can’t hack eating all my calories gotta drink them

  7. Just starting out and having a hard time with 6 meals a day as recommended by friends doing this for a while. Wondering by adding this, 2 solid meals and a mass whey daily would work best for me

  8. Oatmeal – 1/2 cup
    Chocolate Chips – 2 tbsp
    Banana – 1
    Spinach
    Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp
    Honey – 1 tbsp
    Milk – 1.5 cup
    Protein – 1 scoop
    Milk – .5 cup

  9. this almost exactly what ive been making EXCEPT i dont add the chocolate or honey. thats too much sugar! that said, i think i might start adding one of them. ill see which one i like the most
