  2. The eight minutes went by too fast, so I timed the actual workout in this video. It is only five minutes. So I just do it twice in sequence to make it 10 minutes of actual moving. I am doing it as a seven day challenge because that gives me results. Then after a couple days off I do a different seven day challenge from any one of your videos. It keeps it interesting and works different muscles so it’s all good. Much appreciated that these can be done at home and jumping isn’t required. Thank you, πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’•
