  1. Luckily I mainly drink water or tea. I do drink coke on occasion, but it’s the non diet kind.

  2. These kinds of videos are misleading people,making them less aware of calories. Being in a calorie surplus makes you gain weight(fat) which causes obesity in the long term which leads to diabetes. A can of normal coke is 150cal+. Thats a lot for just one drink. Im sticking with diet coke all the way.

  3. It’s impossible to put on weight in a caloric deficit regardless of what artificial sweeteners do to your insulin. It’s just physics.

  4. What this video got entirely wrong was that “sugar” is not in soda, it’s high fructose corn syrup. That might sound healthier but it’s not, our bodies can’t process it properly. Here’s an idea.. stop drinking soda all together FATTY

  11. Diet soda are horrible, went to visit mom like always did one morning she was in bed I ask mom u ok ? Mom didn’t know who I was was scary, she did it again a few months later found it was the diet soda

  12. I think it’s kind of a weid argument, the problem is that we eat to much and that people are addicted to sugar, this doesn’t mean that you gain weight from Diet Coke, maybe the message is that we shouldn’t think we can solve obesity with Diet Coke but with a healthy diet

  13. There is absolutely NO WAY that a 0 calorie soft drink can make you fat, it’s literally 0 CALORIES. If people are getting fat even if they drink 0 calorie soft drinks it’s because they already consume way to much food that puts them on a calorie surplus! It’s the food that makes them fat and NOT the 0 calorie drinks!

  15. my body is strange, I drink about 1 liter a day and my weight never seems to move from 298lb, never lowering and never increasing. I asked my doctor why this is and he told he has no clue and that to him its an anomaly. funny side note my blood is so thick that when I get blood drawn it literally looks like we’re draining syrup from me I’m not joking last time I had blood drawn I was siting there for 45min just to fill 3 vials.
